Evocalize is the leading local marketing solution for franchisors. Top franchisors use their technology to enable the franchisee with cross-channel digital advertising campaigns that drive new customer acquisition within their local market.

The majority of Evocalize’s new business came from channel partner referrals. They were seeking a content marketing program that would accelerate referrals from their channel and increase their thought leadership within the real estate industry.

Solution:

1. We assembled an internal team within Evocalize to create and analyze a dataset comprised of advertising result data from campaigns that generated over 1-billion ad impressions and 4.5 million leads within the real state vertical.

 

2. Each quarter the team would come together to update the dataset and identify trends.

 

3. We authored a whitepaper to publish the results and trends from our analysis, then we distributed the content asset to the channel partners, media publications, email databases, and social channels.

 

Results

Channel partners would distribute these reports to their clients. This resulted in an increase in referrals from channel partners, one of these referrals converted to an opportunity valued at $900,000. Additional benefits from this program included earned media value from press mentions in top real estate media publications.
